Pay for your reservation
You may pay for your reservation using one of three methods:
<> Send your payment using Zelle to: treasurer@parklawnsailingassociation.org
<> Pay by credit card using the PayPal buttons below (credit card fees are included and will show up on your transaction as ‘taxes’)
<> Mail a check to: PSA Treasurer, PO Box 1473, Ocean View, DE 19970 – include the boat and dates reserved on the check.

Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds due to weather
- If the fleet captain takes the boats out of service due to severe weather, you will receive a refund.
- If the boats are in service, you may request a refund when a small craft advisory or gale warning or a tornado watch is posted, or if significant fog is encountered at the slip. See PSA’s Policies and Procedures for specific guidance.
Other Cancellations
- If a member cannot use a boat on reserved days for reasons of health, or other personal reasons, the member remains responsible for the boat use fees. The member may use PSA’s “parklawnsailing” listserv to attempt to find another member to assume responsibility for the reserved days. Any reservation transfer, financial agreement and money collection is a private matter between the members.
- If a member cancels a reservation by sending an email to: psaboatreservations@gmail.com fourteen (14) or more days before a reserved date, PSA will return half the boat use fees subject to limitations.
- If you are within the 14 day window, you cannot find a substitute and you decide not to sail, the Club will not refund your payment.
